This thing works!!! I know a lot of people are skeptical of this product like myself but I can guarantee you it will work. The first thing I noticed was my nails, within 2 weeks it started sprouting; strong, long and tough. One month later I achieved maximum length like shown in my picture. The next thing was my hair. I had my step niece cut my hair and as you can see that was a big mistake lol, but with taking biotin for about a month it greatly grew! I had to shape it up a bit since there is still some unevenness, but for the most part it grew long, thick and filled the empty part that was so see through before! I will say it works better than the biotin pills and taste like vanilla. One tip DRINK LOADS OF WATER! I have heard of people breaking out, I didn't have any issues taking into consideration that I have PCOS. I definitely added this to a bottle of water just to be on the safe side everytime I took it or added it to my smoothies. I'm totally going to order another one!

UPDATE*** I did end up using it way past a week after the first review. The taste is tolerable; a mild vanilla/ woodsy flavor. I have 4a hair texture and at the time of use it was shoulder/neck length. I used it every evening for a week under the tongue 1 full dropper. I then went down to 3 times a week when I noticed the breakouts on my face and back they were even painful. I did have a lot of hair growth (neck to armpit and from shoulder blade to half an inch past my bra strap. Not much thickness either just length. Now I just put it in my water bottle to spritz my hair. I must add that I don’t drink water like I should so I believe that was the reason for the breakouts and dry skin as biotin, a B-vitamin is water soluble...I believe it works and I have recommended it. Good luck to all who want to try.
Very mild vanilla scent. Haven’t tasted it as the cloudy, milky appearance has turned me off. I was expecting a clear liquid substance. Will look into it further and give an update after a week’s use if I do decide to try it. I’m considering returning it.

I have used this for some years now, liquid biotin digests differently than tablet/pill form in my body and does not give me acne the way tablet/pill form does. I usually notice the effects of the supplement after (3-4) weeks of consistent use! It has made my nails very strong and healthy after years of working in manufacturing being exposed to various chemicals that wore down my nails. I have always had naturally long nails and eye lashes but at one point my face was burned in a small fire accident where my brows and lashes got singed off. This definitely helped to grow both back in on top of helping my baby hairs grow along my hairline! I have never been disappointed with my order and it gets shipped out in a timely manner. Personally the mixed berry flavor tastes better than the vanilla but that's my preference!

Came on time cannot wait to use. I will add an update before and after pictures ! Heard a lot and seen a lot of reviews on this product can’t wait to try it out.

Edit: I started using this product the week after I ordered so I could start on a fresh Monday within the first week my nails where growing like crazy.
I also notice after a month of using the product my hair was growing faster and thicker literally. BUT LET ME WARN YOU this product says “healthy hair” which does not specify where the “healthy hair” will grow! Chile, I started growing hair fast EVERYWHERE underarms, legs, private parts, hunny everywhere to the poin where shaving everyday is necessary! But I also noticed clearer skin I WILL ALSO WARM YOU drink as much water as you can or you are going to be sure to break out. This product is vegan friendly! Which really got me being that I am a vegan girl myself. I’ll show you my growth results and no ma’am I am not getting paid for this review I am telling nothing but truth. Also I had stopped using this product for the simple fact that I was growing hair in other places too fast but I have since then restarted taking the vitamins. Tastes like vanilla extract literally and smells like it too leaves a small after taste but chew some gum it goes away! I say it’s worth the $18

This product is working for me. It's been 2.5 months and I can clearly see the difference in my nails. They are growing faster and stronger. I have always had nice skin so I can't tell if it's doing anything extra. I drink a lot of water so no issues with bumps from this product. I purchased this biotin for my hair. After using for 2.5 I can tell my hair is growing faster and it looks fuller. I'm very pleased. I will add that I also cleanse my scalp with biotin shampoo and I put a mixture of fresh aloe (from the plant), moroccan oil, and peppermint oil to keep my scalp/follicles healthy and allow for the liquid biotin to work. If your scalp is clogged and you are not having good results it's not the biotin that's not working it's your clogged hair follicles. I would recommend this product for hair, skin, and nails. This product was made in the USA, a plus for me.

I have been taking this since 2019. I took a break in january 2023 and decided to use a hair oil(may-june) , which did more damage than good. (October 2023) BACK TO SBR BIOTIN! Never disappoints. I’m quite shock its still giving the same result. Formula works rapidly. Keep a routine. I take it first thing in the morning with a cup of water. I also take two droppers instead. Aiding to the fact, I drink lot of water. Best way is to take it before a meal and give it a while.

For results, it takes me two days. My nails grow sharper. My hair however saw extreme growth, which I didn't realize until I washed my hair after I removed my sewin (October -December)especially with my edges. Nice and full.

This is the only place I get biotin from. If its not broken don't fix it.

I love love love this stuff, I am subscribed to get it delivered every 2 months because i use it every single morning and night and it lasts about 1.5- 2 months . It’s extremely great for hair growth if you have bald soots or split ends, or for just simply growing hair . It also is really great for your cuticles and to help grow your nails.
