I was skeptical based on the mixed reviews but I’ve used Matrix brand shampoo in the past and felt safer using a brand I knew. I’ve been using this blue shampoo & conditioner for over two weeks (washing every other day) and it really has helped with the brassy/orange pieces I had, especially in the front of my hair. A bonus is that I love how it smells and it does make my hair feel soft after, not brittle. I really would recommend it if you have some stubborn highlights.
