My dog is elderly and has trouble with his hips. We give him meds, but he couldn't get comfortable on his old bed. He got on this bed and immediately went to sleep. We love it!

Enough support from the truly orthopedic foam on the bottom layers to keep our ten year old, 100 lb. Doberman comfortable. He LOVES this bed. The cover is velour-like to the touch but also almost like heavy corduroy, weight-wise. They grey color fits in nicely with our living room decor. Nice note from the seller in the shipping box. If you have a senior dog, get this bed - you and they won’t look back.

Update 3 months later:
The bed has been very nice for my older german shepherd. She loves the bed very much. I did have a small issue, but customer service took care of it immediately. My 4 stars are now 5 for an excellent company! I do recommend this bed and company that stands behind their product.

It is a nice dog bed but maybe a bit overpriced. I would put the price of this bed at around $90. I am happy that I got it for my old dog, but I probably could have found a better value bed. Oh well...I am still happy with it.

After receiving the bed, I put it in a bed frame that I had ordered previously. My dog jumped on it immediately. He slept on it all night and had no problem with his legs when he got up. He is a large dog and sometimes he has back leg problems. I am pleased with the size of the bed and that my dog can get out the bed easily.

This is the best dog bed I have ever purchased. This is my second purchase, one in our living area so our dog can hang out in comfort and the other in our bedroom so he can be close to us at night. Our dog is a grayhound so he needs cushion and support. The covers have 3 zip sides so it is easy to get off to wash and very easy to put back on. Recommend this bed highly.

We bought two of these for the back of our Expedition.. They made so much difference.. really great even for people to crash on as well. They are great for laying out on the cement patio too. Like the fabric as too.. Have not washed them etc as they are new. I would love for them to add bolsters..then they would be even more wonderful.
