I wouldn’t be recommending this product if I knew this didn’t work.I take care of my blonde very well and I treat my hair with lots of care. this product does the job 100%. Even though I like short blonde hair, I hate stiff and bridle hair.Before getting into the shower, I disperse this into my hair for 5-10min depending on how toned you want your hair. Do not leave this longer or it will turn purple. That’s how you know this toning shampoo really works! On top of this, the smell is amazingly fresh and lightweight.After the shower, I put on a moisturizing mask for 15min into dry damp hair. I do this to help bring my hair back to life with moisture and strength. I’m not sure if this shampoo dries it out or not but I know for a fact after using a moisturizer application afterwards, my hair is so soft and silky ready to style.For the purpose of weather this tones out the yellowish from your hair? .. YES THIS DOES THE WONDER IF YOU APPLY IT CORRECTLY.Side note: (I’m no specialist but I can only tell you from my experience) - if you have REDISH tones in your hair, please USE BLUE SHAMPOO.Purple shampoo - will tone out yellow pigments in BLONDE hair.Blue shampoo - will tone out redish, orange and copper pigments that brunettes often have.Hope this helps! Enjoy this product and take care of your hair 😁 Good hair = good mood. Now go buy this! Lol

I bought this out of desperation after my at home highlighting kit turned my dark brown roots bright yellow. I applied it to my dry roots, let it sit maybe 10 minutes, got in the shower, wet & lathered into the rest of my hair, after rinsing I used a cheap clarifying shampoo & conditioned my hair. I still can’t believe the difference. My yellow roots turned into a decent blonde. I’m so glad I chose this shampoo.
