Everyone should be taking fish oil daily!! Unless you’re somehow getting enough Omega 3 fatty acids in your regular diet, you definitely need to ask your doctor about whether you should take fish oil pills like these fantastic ones from Everlywell. I’ve been a fan of Everlywell for a while now, and I’m constantly impressed by the high quality of their products.
These pills are on the pricey side for a 30 day supply, compared to the other brands you can find at your local drug store or grocery store. But I do appreciate that they were made in an FDA-regulated facility, were formulated without nuts or dairy, and were tested by a third party.
I also love how small the ingredient list is. So many vitamin brands use all sorts of fillers and other junk in their products, but that’s not the case with Everlywell. It’s hard to say whether these work better than the fish oil I was taking previously, but I certainly have seen no negative changes whatsoever.
